Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the deposit. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be completed. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-Shows: Failure to attend the appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
